Release Notes v26.07

Door 8 July 2026No Comments

Smarter integrations with AI, improved views of ticket ratings and even greater flexibility in your dashboards and forms. Below is an overview of the new features, improvements and solutions that have recently been implemented in Neoforce.

What have we added?

  • It is now also possible to use the ‘Customer’ and ‘Supplier’ field types within the forms on the customer portal.
  • Tickets now (in the practitioner section) allow you to search directly through the assets of the linked person (registrant). This means you can access the relevant assets more quickly.

  • A filter option has been added for ticket ratings. In addition, a new column is now available in the ticket tables to show the rating given at a glance.

  • Archiving now also requires a standardised reason (in addition to an optional comment). In future, we will be expanding this feature further with various archiving options.

  • The star rating system for tickets has been visually enhanced: it now displays dynamic colours based on the number of stars and immediately shows which user left the rating.

  • A new, optional AI feature has been added that allows you to automatically generate titles for wiki articles.

  • The back swipe and the back button on mobile devices will now close any open modals before navigating away from the page.
  • Styling has been added to the end date in the bucket view of tickets, so that it now matches the table view.
  • The action log (table) now displays a direct link to the relevant object or item.
  • Buckets in tickets and datasets now have a maximum width, meaning that more buckets are visible at the same time on larger screens.
  • It is now possible to upload files and create folders within ticket templates. Please note: all files and folders are copied to the ticket as soon as the template is applied.
  • The tree view for datasets now also displays the colours of the schema, provided these have been configured.
  • It is now possible to filter within user management.
  • A new calendar widget has been added to the dashboard, which displays the upcoming events for the current user on that day.
  • Ticket numbers are now automatically recognised in more places and converted into clickable hyperlinks.
  • Dataset objects and wiki articles are now automatically recognised and converted into hyperlinks.
  • A ‘Select from’ setting has been added, allowing the user to set a relative date from which a date can be selected in forms.
  • A ‘Related’ section has been added to the ticket management pages, featuring useful links to related pages and settings.

What did we change or fix?

  • When you hover your mouse over a tooltip, it now stays open. This makes it easy to select or click on the text in the tooltip if you wish.
  • From now on, the attachments modal that appears when sending an email will show all available files rather than just the images.
  • The fields for start date, end date and target date in forms can now only be selected once.
  • When the registrant of a main ticket is changed, the registrant of the sub-tickets now changes automatically as well.
  • In some cases, it was not possible to amend the applicant’s telephone number and email address in a ticket; this has now been rectified.
  • A problem has been resolved regarding the generation of object IDs, whereby duplicate object IDs could occur in exceptional cases.
  • Bookings deleted via the portal were not being sent to the bin; this has now been rectified.
  • You can now zoom in and out smoothly on images on the timeline page.
  • A number of minor improvements have been made to both the user experience and the interface, to make the system even more intuitive and user-friendly.

As you’ve come to expect from us, we’ll be rolling out this update to all production environments on Wednesday evening (outside of production hours)!
