Included in Neoforce's price are its own cloud environment, monthly updates and Dutch support included. You only pay for the full accounts and get the entire package including all modules.

No, at Neoforce there are no hidden costs. You pay a fixed, low price per month.
How safe is Neoforce?
Security is a priority at Neoforce. We are ISO-certified and carry out regular pen tests. Every client has and fully -from other clients- protected environment.
Can I extend my trial period?
Yes, if you need more time to evaluate Neoforce, we can flexibly extend the trial period.
How soon can I get started with Neoforce?
You can start using Neoforce right away and be up and running in no time.
Does Neoforce also offer customised solutions?

Is customer service available?
Yes, our customer service is entirely in Dutch. You can call us, email us or use our customer portal.
How often are updates performed?

What if I decide to leave Neoforce?
If you decide to leave Neoforce, we will deliver all your data to you. You are not tied to anything and can easily take your data with you.
Is Neoforce available as a mobile app?
We do not currently have a separate mobile app, but Neoforce is optimised for mobile phones and tablets as a Progressive Web App.
How is payment made?
We will send you an invoice every month for the services you have used.
Can I import data from other systems?
Yes, it is possible to import data from other systems. This is done on a quote basis so that we can provide a solution that best suits your specific needs. Ask about the possibilities, in many cases we are familiar with your current tool and have automated an export-import process.
Can I also create my own reports?
Yes, with Neoforce you can easily create your own reports put together thanks to our flexible reporting tools. In addition, you can easily use the data in Neoforce in tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or Qliksense.
Is there support for API integrations?
Yes, Neoforce offers extensive API capabilities to integrate with other systems and processes within your organisation.
What is the policy for data backups?
We perform regular backups to ensure your data is safe and can be easily restored in case of an emergency.
