Even during the hot summer holidays, we’re continuing to work hard to constantly improve the user experience. We’ve been busy behind the scenes and are introducing a number of great new features and optimisations with this release.
In this overview, you can find out exactly what we’ve got in store for you in this August 2026 update to make your workflow even smoother!
What have we added?
- From now on, you can configure each dataset schema to allow the object ID to be changed only with explicit authorisation. Once you enable this setting, an authorisation option will appear for the relevant schema, which you can configure on a group-by-group or user-by-user basis.
- Forms in the admin section will now show which tickets have been created from the selected form.
- Forms (in the admin panel) now show which tickets have been created from the selected form.
- The approval status of a ticket is now also visible in the table.
- You can set up filters that work based on file tags. This allows you to hide specific files from users who are not authorised to access them.
- Payments now also support additional fields.
- IBAN numbers are now validated more effectively and on a country-by-country basis.
- The search bar now displays the most recently opened items straight away (as soon as you click on it).
What did we adjust or fix?
- The stopwatch drop-down menu no longer simply displays the most recently used stopwatches, but handles them in a smarter way. Duplicate tickets on projects no longer occur either.
- It was possible to add files to tickets that were read-only.
- The ‘glow’ effect around icons in dark mode has been removed.
- Archived tickets now also display a yellow line in the buckets, just as they did in the table view.
- Under certain circumstances, the description in a form field was no longer visible.
- The widgets did not always display special characters correctly.
As you’ve come to expect from us, we’ll be rolling out this update to all production environments on Wednesday evening!
