The May 2026 release will be brought forward, as previously announced. This does not mean we are compromising on quality, new features or improvements.
On the contrary, we worked hard to add extra value.

Below is an overview of all the new features and possibilities that Neoforce offers you from now on. This will keep you up to date with the latest developments.

What have we added?

• For forms, you can now also add a field type ‘image‘ select. This allows you to add appropriate images between the normal texts or questions.
• Neoforce now has support for multiple connections for outgoing e-mail. This allows you to connect to multiple mailboxes and fine-tune privacy and security even better. These new options can be found under the option ‘E-mail settings‘ from the admin panel.
• It is now possible to deliberately select certain fields -in a form- not to be adopted in the request of the ticket to be created. To add a field to exclude tick the on ‘Yes, hide this field in the request‘ to the field settings.
• For e-mail imports, you can now specify that the attachments of the mail to be imported should be in a folder of your own choosing. You can define the folders nested create and use variables to build the name dynamically.
• Using the actions, you can now create objects archive, move to trash or even immediately permanent remove. Combined with the time-based trigger, you can now set and enforce archiving rules here relatively easily.
• The icons on the navigation bar can now also be set to dark. This improves readability on light house style colours.
  
• Datasets schemas now also have the kpi ‘Filled’ available, which allows you to quickly count the number of fields filled in scope and show it in the KPI bar.
• While linking a ticket to a major ticket, you can now specify which fields you do and do not want to include.
• The AI text enhancement now also offers options to specify the type of enhancement.
  
• From now on, you can also create a new ticket based on a form or template directly from a ticket.
• Notifications are now shown within Neoforce as notifications if you have not given permission for HTML5 push notifications.
• The folders known from the forms can now also be used within the ticket templates in the admin panel.
• From the timeline page, you can now filter by the posts you tagged someone in or you tagged yourself in!
  
• We have added the ‘My organisation’ page where you can find basic information about your organisation. You can also share files from the organisation page in Neoforce, which are then visible in the ‘My organisation’ page.
  
• You can now delete all notifications at the touch of a button.
• A person's linked assets are now also available as a variable. For more information, see this wiki article.
• Neoforce now offers the ability to limit the number of results in a report to a self-set ‘limit’.
• The timeline page and its widget now recognise both ticket numbers.

What did we adjust or fix?

• The operation of folders within management has been improved. Among other things, you can now directly add a new item in the selected folder.
• Members of groups and teams are now sorted in alphabetical order.
• It was not yet mandatory to select a folder on a mail import. This could cause ‘loops‘ between Neoforce and Microsoft.
• Various other minor tweaks and improvements.
