Better reports, improvement in ticket handling, filtering by submitter(s) and much more. That's what we added in the April 2026 release! You can read the full changelog below;
What have we added?
- The fields ‘Created on' and 'Modified on‘ are now available at datasets schemes in the reports.
- The various pages that automatically create a ObjectID or other number generate (think invoices, contracts, wiki), now also show the number in question. This also applies to dataset schemes where auto-generation is enabled.
- The mail import (of tickets) now understands more languages When ‘cutting off’ responses to emails. Neoforce now understands French, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Spanish. For the record; we already had support for Dutch, English and German.
- User synchronisation from Microsoft Entra now also imports group members into nested groups. This simplifies management and allows you to place groups in groups.
- As soon as a ticket threatens to expired, this is also clearly indicated in the ‘end date’ field in the relevant ticket.
- When you now have a new user creates from the person, a number of fields will be automatically taken from the person.
- You can now also filter by fields such as ‘ticket number‘, ‘project number' and 'objectID‘ in the various modules.
- The ‘linked’ tab has been added to contracts. This allows you to now also see linked tickets and assets from within a contract.
- You can now have two or more Merging PDF files from within Neoforce. You do this by selecting the files (from the ‘files’ tab) and then choosing ‘Merge’. We perform this action entirely within our own infrastructure and therefore do not send any data to external parties.
- In addition to the above point, you can now create a PDF file before and a PDF file after a generated PDF document insert from the ‘actions’ page.
- You can now (as with the wiki), the author of a news item hidden on the customer portal. If you hide the author, visitors to the portal will only see the date.
- When mailimporting tickets, you can now also (max.) Select 5 additional e-mail fields that can be used to recognise the person in question
- The mail import now sends a notification If a mail could not be imported.
- Form fields that depend on other fields now also show the relevant value(s) and no longer just the field.
What did we adjust or fix?
- Various minor performance updates.
- Minor updates to the overall user experience.
- User synchronisation between Microsoft Entra and Neoforce was case-sensitive. This is no longer the case.
- Email templates for tickets can now be specifically marked as defaults by team.
- The time estimate now no longer automatically changes the end date of a ticket.
- The filter option in tables now also closes automatically as soon as you click outside the ‘popover’.
- The administrator page for reservations was visible within the portal settings, even if you had not enabled the module.
- Stored filters were not sorted logically.
- The AI options for text enhancement did not automatically close the window after copying the (enhanced) answer.
- It was impossible to stop your own stopwatch if you did not have rights to manage stopwatches.
- For some admin pages, it was possible to save the -not yet created- object to your favourites.
- The customer portal did not remember the number of items per page.
