The past two weeks have seen another hard work on various tweaks, fixes and new features. The changes will be pushed to all test environments this week:

What's new?

  • It is now possible to set or edit properties of uploaded documents.
  • Widgets for processes and contracts.
  • Projects added to basic registrations
  • The model closes automatically after generating a PDF document.
  • Reservations and accounting pages to generic search pages.
  • Made possible to add an optional start and end measurement to reservations
  • Added ability to set a file name for generated PDFs in accounting.
  • Actions added to tenders.
  • Project column added to release index.
  • New column added to ticket per team widget, which counts tickets where the user is the performer.
  • Added width to email template columns when exporting to XLSX.
  • Added new task that cleans up relationships.
  • Automation forms can now be exported and imported.
  • It is now possible to change users' sidebar and language via the admin panel.

What did we change or fix?

  • Completed by has been changed to display name
  • Empty identity provider information received now gives an error message.
  • Project list migrated to projects.
  • Project field in releases is now hidden if projects are disabled.
  • PDFs can now be viewed when opened from the timeline.
  • The order of timeline items is now more reliable.
  • Various UI changes in the modals and model-footers.
  • The admin log now shows 'SYSTEM' as the username for Neo4Z log entries not generated by a human user.
  • Start and end dates of processes showed the time, but the time is no longer displayed.
  • Old FontAwesome version.
  • The weekly planner (reservations) did not calculate the previous and next week/year correctly.
  • It was not possible to sort by 'Added by' in the tab files.
  • Layout/backdrop when opening multiple modals on top of each other.
  • Disabled module buttons were visible on the home portal and in the portal settings.
  • Accounting marks cannot be selected when generating a PDF.
  • Different album display solutions for documents.
  • The 'Select yourself' button disappeared if there was an error while creating a new ticket.
  • An added tab in datasets was always inactive.
  • Fixed several issues that occurred when testing php8.
  • Customer and contact not copied correctly in reservations.
  • Product is correctly linked to automatic billing.
  • Fixed some issues with encrypted GET requests
  • Variable not entered in banned ip address message.
  • Escaped characters are cut off.
  • Dynamically built document table did not open files in modal.
  • Fixed the position of categories in the help modal on mobile view.
  • Possible fatal error when collecting objects in ticket widgets.
  • Search bars for specific objects no longer worked properly.


  • It was possible to inject SQL using a JSON entry during file sorting.
  • The general search bar also returned items that the logged-in user was not authorised to access (but it was not yet possible to open the items).
  • Documents and images can now be pasted into the editor, allowing them to be uploaded automatically.
