Once again this week, we worked hard on several changes and new features. See the list below for more information! As always, the update will be pushed to all SaaS environments after business hours today.
What have we added?
- [General] While exporting to XLSX, the columns will now have a more appropriate width.
- [General] It is now possible to filter the search results. So with this, you set what you want the default search bar to search in.
- [Invoices] The 'PDF Generated' trigger has been added.
- [Invoices] From a template, a header and footer can now also be set.
- [Invoices] Pro-forma invoices have a trigger that is triggered when the follow-up/reminder date expires. With this, Neo4Z reminds you of a potentially expired invoice.
- [Invoices] The chosen language is now also saved.
- [Organisations/Invoices] For an organisation, it is now possible to indicate whether the organisation in question is subject to VAT.
- [Tickets] The end date will now -if enabled- include the time estimate when changing the time estimate or start date.
- [Tickets] From management, 'Email templates' can now be added. This allows you to send standardised e-mails (with a signature or logo, for example) from the timeline.
- [Reservations] It is now possible to generate weekly invoices from an invoice.
- [Application management] The 'Linked organisations' block now works on the basis of authorisations (Note: So by default, you cannot add a new organisation from the time of updating. You need to get additional rights for this).
- [Application management] Associated persons can now automatically receive an email or webhook when a certificate is about to expire.
- [Automations] A CSV field has been added. Here you can also set which character counts as a 'separator'.
What did we change or fix?
- Various minor changes and optimisations to the (mobile / tablet) user interface.
- The tooltip within the 'Linked' tab is now also in the Neo4Z style (black tooltip with white text).
- A user's photo was stretched within the portal.
- Teams (tickets of automations) and groups with the same name can now be created. It remains impossible to create 2 groups with the same name.
- A fatal error occurred during certificate filtering.
- The code block no longer showed line numbers after (re)sorting the timeline.
