Once again this week, we worked hard on several changes and new features. See the list about these for more information! As always, the update will be pushed to all SaaS environments after business hours today.

What have we added?

  • [General] From now on, variables allow you to use ALS conditions. This means you can show content only when a certain condition is met. For example, consider a ticket email that shows extra text if the ticket falls into a certain category. You use the condition as follows:
    {condition variable="app.currentDate.yy" equals="2022"}
    Yes, the current year is 2022
  • [General] All list fields are now also rendered available as a variable. I.e. you can, for example, also use the value of the 'status' field (this was previously only a number). You make use of this by adding a .f to the relevant variable.
  • [General] It is now possible to also use the CC and BCC field with an e-mail.
  • [General] The bookmarks are now also in the header.
  • [Management] The management menu can now be collapsed and unfolded for each module.
  • [Organisations] You can now (optionally) link a relationship manager to an organisation. This can be any person within Neo4Z.
  • [Application management] You can now set per linked person whether that person should receive a notification as soon as a ticket related to the asset in question is created. In the next release, we will extend this to certificates that have expired or are about to expire.
  • [Reservations] Reservations can now also be viewed in a weekly planner.
  • [Reservations / Organisations] The 'Linked' tab of an organisation now also shows the linked reservations. We have also added the same for persons.
  • [Reservations] It is now possible to use (optional) tags.
  • [Tickets] You can now record which status handles a ticket. In the future, we will develop this further. Internally, the date of processing is also already stored.
  • [Automations] You can now add LDAP fields.

What did we change or fix?

  • The 'Documents' tab is now also refreshed when a file has been generated via an action.
  • Links in comments are more visible.
  • The expiry date of an invoice now changes colour if the relevant date comes within today and a configurable number of days.
  • Selectbox fields can now include colours and icons (datasets).
  • Various minor changes to the user interface.
  • The xlsx export of spaces was missing a column.
  • Fatal error when saving subtickets.
  • Sorting and filtering was not yet possible with contracts.
  • Various translations and spelling errors.
  • A generated PDF was not opening properly on smartphones.
