We are excited to announce the latest updates to Neoforce, which include a range of new features, security improvements and bug fixes. These updates have been added to improve your experience with our platform!
As you have come to expect from us, we are pushing these updates to all production environments on Wednesday night.
What have we added?
- At table fields (both addition and datasets), you can now also add a field of type 'asset' add.
- You can now additional fields showing or not showing from a template of a ticket. This allows you to use even more targeted templates and enrich them with any data.
- There is a field of type 'image' added to the additional fields.
- We have added the option to multiple actions in a sequence to be executed. This allows you to define, from the push of a button or from a trigger, which actions to perform and in which order!
- Posts on the timeline now show more information -when viewing on the general page for timeline items-then just the objectID. Thus (depending on the object), it also shows the title.
- Adjusting the subject, the fields 'cc' and 'bcc', are now also editable from a ticket e-mail template.
- You can now make a description add within a wiki category. If you also use the customer portal in addition, you can add a second description specifically for your customers (i.e. external use).
- Fields within datasets can now also be show or too hide from a 'switch' field.
- Invoices can now also additional fields include.
- From your individual settings, you can now choose to default yourself as reporter for new tickets to be selected.
- Additional fields are more to tweak Regarding the style. Among other things, you can now set a width.
What did we change or fix?
- Datasets can now have a total of 26 blocks of fields per tab (this was previously a maximum of 10).
- The layout of additional fields has been brought more in line with the module datasets.
- The 'relationship manager' field (in organisations) now no longer shows archived persons as an option.
- Projects did not yet have tags (visible) on the index.
- It was not possible to generate PDF files smaller than 50 x 50mm.
- In some browsers, videos played twice at the same time.
- Additional fields did not show icons or colours in the table (if applicable and set).
- Sometimes dates were shown as '30-11-0001 00:00′.
- Various other minor UI and UX optimisations.
- It was possible to inject XSS within the 'organisations' module.
