This third release of 2026 introduces another set of new features and improvements. This version includes folders within the admin area, various updates to forms and other optimisations. Below is a detailed overview of all the changes.
What have we added?
- From now on, it is possible to set for each text block within a form whether or not any links should open in a new tab. This setting provides more flexibility in form management and user experience.
- The ’tools’ section is now also visible in the ‘waffle menu’.
- The emails you can send from the timeline can now optionally be saved as .eml files.
- The order of teams within tickets is now customisable via drag & drop. This allows you to optimise the display according to your own preferences.
- Stored filters are now also available via the API, increasing integration possibilities with external systems.
- The WYSIWYG editor has been further improved, especially when it comes to adding and editing links. From now on, you will be guided by a modal window when filling in both the label and address, making the process more user-friendly.
- Mailimports now show detailed logging, allowing you to troubleshoot in a more targeted way and resolve any issues faster.
- Folders within the file module now support colour coding. This helps to visually distinguish and organise different folders.
- Groups can now be retrieved using the API.
- Within the administration area, specifically on the Actions, Triggers, Forms and Pages pages, you can now use a tree structure. This functionality allows you to organise items logically and as you see fit, increasing clarity and efficiency.
What did we adjust or fix?
- TIy while ‘dropping’ a ticket in another bucket, the status did not change.
- The handler filter was not saved to filters.
- The external connection to Microsoft Azure did not always show sufficient or all available logging from Microsoft.
- It was possible to change timeline items of readonly tickets anyway.
- The accounts (records) were shown in the various widgets of organisations. Even if you had only one accounting.
- Some widgets on the dashboard were not properly styled.
- Photos of users and individuals were sometimes duplicated during synchronisation with Microsoft while logging in via Single Sign On.
- The timeline widget showed external links as bold.
Besides the points described above, we have done more. You can find the complete overview within your Neoforce tenant!
