April 2025 is another month with several major and minor updates! Below you can read about the main changes that version v25.04 brings!
What have we added?
- From now on, you can also tag assets from the 'application management' module using the '#'.
- Besides publishing and sharing forms through the customer portal, it was already possible to use a form as a practitioner. We have now extended this even further with the option to publish a form only within the practitioner section.
- Forms can now also use the 'Type' field type that allows you to influence the type of the ticket.
- Datasets (fields) can now be made conditionally mandatory.
- It is now possible to provide Automations flows with a mandatory description in case a flow is rejected.
- Within datasets, you can now mark a field as a 'filter'. By doing so, you ensure that -based on a user account or group- you can set restrictions based on the chosen values (in this field).
- It is now also possible to set up a filter based on 'accounting'.
- The drag-and-drop functionality for uploading or moving files now also works within the customer portal.
- Ticket templates can now include one or more assets.
- You can now also use a retention period (optional) for the history of changes.
What did we fix or adjust?
- Although you could not modify a field due to lack of permissions, the field could still be modified client-side. Incidentally, any changes made to the field were not saved.
- Various performance-related changes.
