In the week 48 release, we again worked hard on additions, tweaks and fixes for Neoforce.

Note: In line with our normal schedule, this release will be on Wednesday 14 December be pushed to all production environments.

What have we added?

  • It is now possible to add forms to actions to use forms in the back-end to generate tickets or subtickets.
  • A warning has been added to invoices. It is now necessary to confirm the invoice before it can be finalised.
  • It is now possible to open custom links via actions.
  • It is no longer necessary to go to personal settings to change the sidebar. You can now do this on any page.
  • It is now possible to use ticket templates in ticket forms.
  • Options have been added to specify your company name and opening hours.
  • Added automatic suggestions from the wiki on the portal (optional by field).
  • Added option to sort and delete portal banner buttons.
  • Added a drop-down list to the sort and filter button for easier access to saved filters.
  • It is now possible to also filter/hide tickets based on categories or teams. This works in the same way as you can filter items based on the (possibly linked) organisation.

What have we solved or changed?

  • The customer address field of invoices and quotes has been changed.
  • Changed user interface for item field in Tickets.
  • All colour fields changed to colour pickers.
  • Improved timeline on all pages other than organisation and tickets.
  • Improved general settings of the portal.
  • AccountancyID was not entered correctly when adding an invoice.
  • The way actions are triggered has changed.
  • Before, it was not possible to delete an archived object from bookmarks.
