Here we are again with a new release notes with various tweaks, fixes and new features. The changes will be pushed to all test environments this week:
What's new?
- Added optional support for guest users to the portal (non-logged-in users). They can only view news items, public pages and public wiki articles.
- An 'edit' button has been added to wiki articles and tickets in the portal (only if the user is authorised).
- Access to forms can now be restricted by organisation.
- Added the 'Published' column (on the portal) to the wiki articles table.
- Currency columns are now displayed correctly in xslx export (euro only).
- Wiki articles now also track usage (number of views and last viewed date).
- Added button to restore default sidebar settings.
- We have added support for dragging images from the album view/image viewer to external apps like WhatsApp Web.
- Table headings now 'stick' while scrolling.
- Added authorisations for specific fields in datasets.
- Sorting and filtering on linked tables enabled.
- It is possible to delete list items in bulk.
- It is possible to filter by a single operator in tickets.
- When sorting in tables, the header of the fields you sort on is now also highlighted.
- Images in emails are now resized to a maximum of 500px.
- It is now possible to generate timeline items via actions.
- You can now add KPIs to datasets to count or sum, or calculate the minimum, maximum or average values of applied fields.
What did we change or fix?
- When importing forms, you can now select a team and the category will be converted or created.
- The button to open the room page was visible even if no room was selected.
- The scrollable content in widgets has been fixed.
- Timeline images (tickets) did not work in emails.
