Over the past 2 weeks, we've been hard at work again on all kinds of new features, customer requests and bug fixes. Below you can see which items we are pushing to our SaaS environments tonight:
What have we added?
- After searching in the global search bar, the search term is now remembered during further clicks by Neo4Z.
- We now show an error message if a user does not (yet) exist in Neo4Z, while it exists with an identity provider such as MS Azure.
- It is now possible to filter within tickets by subcategory.
- The API now also has a status endpoint (?api=status). This allows you to quickly check whether Neo4Z is up and running.
- The application management module now also shows the related persons of, for example, an application or server. These related persons are the persons/administrators associated with an object that has a relationship with the current object.
- It has become possible to set by team which type of tickets that specific team is allowed to manage.
- The 'File' field has been added to the selectable fields of the forms for the portal. The files (on a successfully saved form) are added directly to the new ticket. Please note that it is important that all portal users do have the rights to at least add files to tickets.
- Local users (who do not log in through an identity provider) can also set up a photo from now on.
- The 'target date' field (from tickets and if enabled) now also colours when the relevant target date approaches. In terms of behaviour, this field corresponds to 'end date'.
- From now on, you can send a calendar invitation to the practitioner(s) directly from the ticket (via the [Actions] button).
- Organisations can now also be marked as 'prospect'. This is a setting that is incidentally disabled by default.
- It now automatically tracks how long a ticket is 'open'. I.e. as long as the ticket has not been completed. We will expand this further in future versions.
- For reservations, the fields 'Comment (issue)' and 'Comment (return)' have been added.
- The 'Grouped' button when joining multiple teams (tickets) now also shows the number of teams. This is of course a sum of the tickets within all the teams you are currently a member of.
What did we change or fix?
- A person's organisation can now be changed while linking a person to a (new) ticket.
- Various minor UI tweaks and spelling errors (Dutch).
- The key combination 'CTRL + S' made an index page also want to save.
- It was not possible to open tickets of other people if you were authorised to do so (portal).
For a complete overview of all changes, see the comprehensive changelog. This can be found within Neo4Z, by navigating to 'About Neo4Z' > 'Changelog'.
