In the release we are pushing tonight to all our production environments, you will find the following enhancements and changes;
What has been added?
- You can now use HTML in addition to Markdown for page layout within the portal.
- We have given local Neo4Z environments (both on premise and SaaS) access to our central plugin store. This is where we will be adding plugins with and with more that will allow you to easily add extra options or customisation to your own Neo4Z environment. The plugin store will also alert you when updates are available.
- Images are now also saved as thumbnails so that you can quickly see a preview of the relevant image in case of tickets, for example (in the timeline).
- It is now possible (if enabled in admin) to have tickets rated by your users. You can also set whether the user can provide a comment on their review and whether it is even mandatory.
- A widget with the last accessed tickets has been added to the dashboard. In the future, we will add more pages to this, and may move the content to the header.
- If a portal user has a photo, it will now also be shown with posted comments on a ticket.
- From now on, you will be warned if you have unsaved changes, and you will leave the page without saving.
What did we change or fix?
- The sidebar is now more usable if you divide your screen (desktop-only) in half at a 1920×1080 resolution.
- If logging in via Microsoft Azure was forced (Single Sign In), and you logged out, you were immediately logged in again.
- The [Save] button is now always available and no longer disabled by default.
- New fields (forms) now appear at the bottom by default instead of at the top.
- Various minor changes to the user interface.
For a comprehensive(er) list of all changes, see the changelog. This can be found on the 'About Neo4Z > Changelog' page.
