In this first release of our new development cycle, we are bringing the following enhancements to our SaaS customers today (outside Dutch office hours);
What have we added?
- From now on, it is possible to place your own logo on the login page, the navigation bar in the practitioner area and the navigation bar in the portal.
- A log item is generated as soon as someone presses the [Export] button. This allows you to keep a better grip on your data and any leaks. Of course, someone can only export anyway if he/she is authorised to do so.
- You can now filter by fields within datasets. This can be done in the same way as for tickets (checkmarks), for example.
- The 'editedDate' column (date last modified) has been added to the selectable columns of tickets.
- Within tickets, it is now also possible to group by handler via the buckets. This makes it easier to distribute tickets to your colleagues.
- Tickets can be sorted on the portal. The sorting chosen is remembered.
- From now on, you can also create tickets via the portal. This is a configurable option that is off by default. You can choose to link a default status and team to this as well. The relevant team will then act as the 1st line handler.
- The 'Components' block (in use with the application management module) now also shows related components. These are inherited from all first-degree relationships.
- The 'Relationships' block now also features the same icons as the graphical view.
- The [Save] button is now disabled 50ms after clicking so you can't accidentally save an item twice.
- Static files may now be cached by the browser. This obviously makes things a lot faster.
- Statistics on users and groups are now displayed on the administrator page.
- We drop support for Internet Explorer and now show a clear warning for the last IE users.
What did we change or fix?
- The [Search] and [Menu] icons (smartphone only) have been resized to match the other icons in the mobile view.
- If no format was set for the ticket number, a fatal error occurred. Now a default format is chosen in this outlined case.
- Organisations' checkboxes were not disabled when viewing an archived organisation.
- Within management, you can now also unlink people from a user.
- Two-step verification did not always lead to the index when the code was correct.
- The message 'This object has been archived' was not always visible.
- Several minor optimisations to layout and spelling errors (Dutch translation) within tickets.
