We are pleased to introduce the latest updates and innovations to Neoforce. The release of September 2023 brings numerous new features, improvements and optimisations that take your experience to the next level.
As always, we will implement these changes on Wednesday 6 September outside office hours, so you can continue working undisturbed. Read on to find out what this update has in store for you.
What have we added?
- You can now tag assets in the timeline, in addition to other users! This can be done using the # character. For example, if you want to tag an asset with objectID 'L23012', type '#LT23012'. Neoforce then automatically displays suggestions you can choose from.
- When writing an e-mail from a ticket, it is now possible to easily look up individuals and use their e-mail addresses. This speeds up the communication process considerably.
- Additional fields are now visible in the index of all pages, providing more overview and ease of use.
- You can now also filter by assets (e.g. tickets).
- The block showing all authorisations now shows live how many 'ticks' are ticked out of the total number. This makes it quicker to see how many permissions a group or user has.
- You can now switch more easily from the client portal to the practitioner section as a link is always visible on the left-hand side (only if you also have a full account).
- The admin panel now also shows a short info about each (admin) option.
What have we changed?
- The entire Wiki user interface within the user portal has been improved!
- Several optimisations to the overall user interface that we use to make Neoforce even more user-friendly.
- If an invoice has expired but no payment has been registered yet, the end date will turn red.
