At Neoforce, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist highlighting both our standard software and customised solutions and further growing our customer base.

About Neoforce

We develop business software that really helps companies grow. From standard modules such as service management and asset management to customised solutions that fully meet customer requirements: we offer the complete package and do everything in-house.

Besides development, we also provide support and technical management of our software. Optionally, we offer functional management and supervise customisation processes to provide customers with optimal support.

From our cosy office in Heerlen, we work on innovation and flexibility every day, and we could really use your help with that!

Your Role

As Sales & Marketing Specialist You are responsible for:

  • Sales
    Actively approach new customers, build relationships and generate sales.
  • Marketing
    Creating and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our software.
  • Content creation
    Writing engaging copy for websites, newsletters and social media.
  • Customer contact
    You are the first point of contact for potential customers and know how to translate their needs into appropriate solutions.
  • Collaboration
    Work with our development team to translate technical capabilities commercially.

Your mix of sales and marketing skills will help Neoforce grow and reach more customers.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in sales and marketing
    You have a commercial background and can develop targeted campaigns
  • Strong communication skills
    You know how to convey complex information simply and attractively.
  • Customer-oriented
    You understand what our customers need and respond to it proactively
  • Additional points
    Experience in the software or B2B world is a plus, but not a must
  • Language skills
    You are fluent in Dutch in word and writing and can manage well in English.
  • A team player
    You enjoy working together but can also take on tasks independently.

  • Salary and hours will be determined by mutual agreement (preferably 24 to 40 hours per week).
  • Bonus scheme: You will receive 10% of turnover About licensing revenue you bring in.
