Neoforce version 25.06 is now available with a range of new features and enhancements that take user experience and integration capabilities to the next level. This update brings enhanced integrations with Microsoft 365, drag-and-drop functionality for bookmarks, and an improved Gantt chart for tickets. What have we added?
- It is now possible to add links to forms, similar to adding wiki articles.
- We have added support for using GET parameters on incoming webhooks (${get.xxxx}).
- You can now configure a custom response for incoming webhooks. This improves any links with Neoforce by also allowing you to use variables in your response.
- The mail import now also allows mails to be imported from Microsoft 365 using application-based permissions (daemon mode).
- Bookmarks can now be sorted by drag & drop.
- Person fields (in datasets, for example) now support adding a new person faster using a 'modal'.
- We added the option to restrict who can reserve a specific space or reservable dataset item.
- Reports have been improved; you can now set the mode of sorting so that you no longer sort by the 'label'.
- Bar and line charts now support down-drilling to the second level in reports.
What did we adjust or fix?
- Unnecessary entries hidden in user settings when licence is inactive.
- The is_started, starteddate and startedBy fields are no longer reset when a ticket is changed to another status.
- The linked tickets (datasets) widget now automatically sorts by creation date descending in the index.
- Imported e-mails with attachments no longer contain 'dirty' HTML when they contain hyperlinks.
- CMD + click (Mac OS only) showed 'Please wait...' on the 'old' tab.
- Some fields were not synchronised correctly with Microsoft Entra via user synchronisation.
- It was not possible to focus the search bar while in a modal window by clicking slash.
- It was not possible to filter by cost account for sales invoices.
- We have removed Markdown from push notifications.
- You can't bookmark reports and bookmarks (yet)
