Neoforce version 25.05 is here, bringing exciting new features and enhancements that further strengthen integration and user experience. This release highlights the new interface with Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), as well as flexible access capabilities and privacy optimisations. Please note that the coupling with Microsoft Entra is currently in beta and is offered at your own risk. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our support department.

What have we added?

  • New link with Microsoft Entra for user synchronisation: Users can now be synchronised with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory). This link is currently in beta and is offered at your own risk. Please contact support for more info.
  • A new central page for managing all user synchronisation settings (such as unknown users).
  • The ability to influence the values available in a select box based on the value of another select box (Datasets and Additional fields).
  • The option to perform an email import on demand at the touch of a button.
  • Access to forms, pages, news and wiki articles can now be set by person groups.
  • The approval process of tickets through the portal is now possible.
  • It is now possible to add a photo to a room and display it when booking through the portal.
  • You can now add descriptions to the banner buttons in the portal, which are displayed in a popover.
  • E-mail addresses can now be used to match individuals when importing data via data imports.
  • It is now possible to copy a ticket/subticket template.
  • The option to display the task list in the portal has been added.
  • A ticket template can now be set up for email imports.
  • The progress bar and counter for subtickets are now also visible in the portal.
  • Fields can now be marked as unique in datasets and additional fields.
  • Fields marked as unique can now be used as primary columns to identify existing items in data imports.
  • The setting that gave individuals access to all tickets within their organisation can now be disabled.
  • There are new triggers for pages and news items within the customer portal.

What did we adjust or fix?

  • More settings regarding user accounts and synchronisation(s) can be found via user management.
  • Various other minor UI/UX fixes.
