In the November 2024 release, we are introducing new features, improvements and fixes in Neoforce. Find out what has been added, tweaked and fixed below!
What have we added?
- From now on, you can -under the 'files'tab- download multiple files at once (using a ZIP file). Select the desired files and then click 'With selected' > 'Download'.
- The use of buckets has been improved! Tickets are now loaded while scrolling, making the overall user experience a lot faster.
- Tickets can be completed automatically if all underlying sub-tickets have been completed. This can be done via the options of a ticket or template.
- A new trigger is available that is triggered when all subtickets are completed.
- It is now also possible to delete existing time entries.
- The customer portal now also offers an overview page of all -user- made reservations.
- For datasets, you can now apply conditional formatting to numeric columns.
- Also, datasets now has widgets to show linked-, open-, and/or completed tickets.
- Documents (doc(x), xls(x), and ptt(x)) can now be opened as read within Neoforce via Office 365. (Note: enable this option in the general settings first!)
- The 'Entry' field is now also filterable (tickets).
- PATCH, HEAD, and OPTIONS have been added as useful methods in the webhook action.
- The invoice block/widget now shows colours to indicate whether it is a purchase or sales invoice.
What did we change or fix?
- The checkbox of an inactive dataset item is now removed.
- If only one accounting is available, it will no longer be shown in the search results.
- In album view, long file names are now shortened.
- Variables for the formula field in datasets are now generated in a new way.
- The timeline did not load correctly when a long text field was expanded.
- All filterable fields were unintentionally expanded when using a saved filter.
- Notifications are now immediately marked as read when the "Mark all as read" button is used.
- Performance improvements when using (many) images.
