October's release also brings a lot of new features, changes and updates! Below you can read exactly what we have added, edited or fixed.
What have we added?
- The mobile display of datasets has been improved! You now have the option to set the columns shown in the mobile view.
This can be done from Management > Schedules. There, select the relevant scheme and then the field and tick the option '' to! - Schedules can now have colours. This makes it easy to keep them apart in the graphical display (if there are relationships).
- The stopwatch can now be used from any page and immediately shows the 3 latest stopwatches, so you can start a stopwatch at the press of a button. Furthermore, you can make a note (description) to the running stopwatch. Finally, you can make a stopwatch stop automatically at the set closing time.
- Emails from actions and the ticket timeline, can now be sent with high priority and a read confirmation (note: these options are only available if you mail via Microsoft 365).
- Additional fields now also have notes (for administrators).
- The 'modal' at the various [Sort & Filter]'s now has a button to instantly reset all active filters.
- You can now -as administrator- set the time frame within which a user is allowed to edit written time.
- The 'Fax' field in organisations can be switched off.
- Data imports now also offer the option to update existing data.
- Tickets now also have a column for outstanding sub-tickets.
- Forms now give you the option to also show fields by 'impact', 'urgency', 'priority', 'tags', 'category' and 'subcategory'.
- You can now 'share' lookup lists between and with dataset fields and additional fields. For example, you only need to create a field / lookup list for a status once and then link it to all other fields.
What have we improved or adjusted?
- The dropdowns in the header now no longer close when you enter at the dropdown clicks.
- While choosing attachments to an email (both action and timeline), you will now also see a preview of the images.
- The date last modified is now also populated when creating a new item. So you can easily (and perhaps always) sort on that column for tickets, for example.
- The stopwatch is now synchronised between different tabs.
- Deleting an item now requires an extra confirmation to make sure you really don't accidentally delete an item.
- Tickets now no longer remain readonly when reopened.
- Linked projects are now also visible in the 'linked' tab for an organisation (customer)
As you have come to expect from us, there are even more changes. You can find the complete overview in the changelog within your Neoforce environment.
